In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the akai23 website accessible at https://akai23.cam and any associated mobile web interface operated by akai23.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player following successful completion of the registration and KYC process.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an Account and is using the akai23 services.
• "Funds" means the balance of real money held in a Player's Account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet credit, cashback credit, or other non-cash incentive awarded to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be bet before they qualify for conversion to withdrawable Funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, the process by which akai23 confirms a Player's identity, age, and residential eligibility.
• "IDR" / "Rupiah" means Indonesian Rupiah, the currency in which all balances and transactions on the Platform are denominated.
• "Services" means all betting, gaming, casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), sabung ayam (online cockfighting), and esports wagering products available on the Platform.
• "Intellectual Property" means all trademarks, logos, brand names, software code, content, visual design elements, and other proprietary materials owned by or licensed to akai23.

To register an Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, and bots may not register Accounts.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. akai23 applies a strict 21+ age policy in line with responsible gaming best practice for the Indonesian market. Players found to be under 21 will have their Accounts permanently closed and all Funds forfeited.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise lawfully permitted to access online betting services under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of akai23 or its affiliated entities.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement or court order that prohibits you from gambling.
• You must not previously have had an Account with akai23 that was closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.

Each eligible individual is permitted to register and maintain exactly one Account on the akai23 Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, a family member's name, or any other means — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. akai23 may, at its sole discretion, merge duplicate accounts, suspend all associated accounts, and forfeit any balances or bonus credits held across those accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and a mobile telephone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Account registration is subject to approval by akai23. We reserve the right to decline any application without providing a reason. Approval is not guaranteed and is conditional on satisfactory completion of our KYC procedures and internal risk assessment.

The information you provide during registration must match the identification documents you submit for KYC. Discrepancies between registration data and identity documents will result in a hold on the Account pending resolution. Accounts that cannot be satisfactorily verified will be closed and any remaining Funds returned via the original deposit method where technically feasible.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party, including family members, friends, or agents acting on your behalf.

akai23 will never request your password via email, live chat, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from akai23 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

In the event that you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact akai23 support immediately at [email protected]. akai23 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.

akai23 reserves the right to suspend any Account that displays unusual login patterns, unusual betting behaviour, or other indicators of unauthorised access, pending investigation.

All deposits to the akai23 Platform are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following payment channels are currently supported:

All funds deposited to your Account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are prohibited and will result in Account suspension pending investigation. akai23 reserves the right to return such deposits to the originating account less any applicable transaction fees.

akai23 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency deposits, prepaid cards, or credit card payments unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written communication from akai23. This list of accepted payment methods may change at any time without prior notice.

Withdrawals from your akai23 Account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed KYC identity verification before any withdrawal is processed. akai23 will not release funds to an unverified account.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name that matches the name on your verified Account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts, though individual requests above Rp 50.000.000 may be subject to additional processing time and source-of-funds documentation requirements.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are not permitted until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• akai23 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that appear unusual or inconsistent with a Player's typical account activity. During such reviews, the withdrawal may be placed on hold for up to 5 business days.
• akai23 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges; these are the sole responsibility of the Player.

Withdrawal processing times are estimates only and are subject to third-party banking infrastructure. akai23 is not liable for delays caused by banking system outages, national public holidays, or force majeure events.

akai23 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate promotional balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full.
• Standard Wagering Requirements are between 5x and 15x the bonus amount unless specified otherwise. Players must wager the bonus amount the stated number of times using real-money bets at minimum odds of 1.50 (unless the promotion specifies different odds requirements).
• Bets placed on certain games or markets may not contribute, or may only partially contribute, towards Wagering Requirements. Contribution rates are listed in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds expire after 30 days from the date of credit if wagering requirements have not been satisfied within that period, unless the promotion states a different expiry period.
• Players may only claim each promotion once, unless the promotion is explicitly described as recurring. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through multiple accounts or referral abuse will result in bonus cancellation and potential Account suspension.
• akai23 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• In the event of a system error resulting in an incorrect bonus amount being credited, akai23 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the Player's balance accordingly.

The following general rules govern all bets placed on the akai23 Platform. Product-specific rules (e.g., for togel draws, sabung ayam events, and esports markets) are published within the relevant product section of the Platform.

• A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the akai23 system. A confirmation reference number is generated for each accepted bet. Players should retain this reference for dispute purposes.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per bet and per market. These limits may vary by product, league, and event, and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• akai23 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were offered in error due to technical malfunction, human error, or manifest pricing mistake. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account.
• In-play betting is subject to live odds that fluctuate in real time. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment the Player submits the bet. akai23 is not responsible for connectivity issues on the Player's side that result in delayed bet submission.
• In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed under conditions sufficient for settlement purposes, bets will be settled in accordance with the published rules for that product. For football, a match must complete at least 90 minutes for most markets to stand.
• Winnings are credited to your Account balance immediately upon settlement of the event.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the akai23 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and notification of relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether directly or through agents, family members, or third parties.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit promotions, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings arising from such exploitation may be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of corrupt conduct in relation to any event offered on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any element of the Platform's software, design, or content.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing akai23 staff through any communication channel.

All Intellectual Property on the akai23 Platform — including but not limited to the akai23 brand name, logo, website design, software code, game content provided under licence from third-party studios, text, graphics, and data — is owned by or licensed to akai23 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from akai23.

Game content provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe is subject to those studios' respective intellectual property rights and is licensed to akai23 for use on the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, akai23 and its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform or its Services.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss.
• Losses resulting from third-party service failures including bank transfer delays, e-wallet processing issues, or internet service provider outages.
• Losses resulting from the Player's own negligence, including failure to maintain Account security or failure to comply with these Terms.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Services caused by technical failure, maintenance, or force majeure events beyond akai23's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit akai23's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. akai23 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation of the Platform.

akai23 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Players. Gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity — never a means of generating income or escaping financial difficulty.

The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible through your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: You may set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: You may enable pop-up reminders at intervals of your choice showing the duration of your current session and your net position.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request a temporary self-exclusion of 1, 3, 6, or 12 months, or a permanent self-exclusion. During self-exclusion, your Account will be suspended and you will not receive promotional communications. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.

akai23 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes, but is not limited to: full name, date of birth, national identity number (KTP), residential address, email address, telephone number, payment account details, device information, and transaction history. This data is used for Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, customer support, and legal compliance.

akai23 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities strictly as required for the above purposes.

akai23 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date by contacting our support team.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. The current version of the Terms is always available on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gambling operations. akai23 operates under an international gaming licence and is subject to the regulatory requirements imposed by its licensing jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through akai23's internal dispute resolution process. Players should submit formal complaints in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". akai23 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and issue a final decision within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration institution. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to preserve the status quo or prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.
